My head is swirling softly like sea foam washing through a tide pool, revealing anemones and creatures of imagination but I am honestly not fully awake or alert just yet. I’ve just had my coffee and am going to share an impartial picture of what’s coming to form and will soon be written out more thoroughly. A chapter on incremental gains, in which I share the value of small bursts of healing and forward momentum over time, how you shift from being afraid to look at your finances to looking at your finances with a smile on your face, and my experience with integrative healing modalities and microdosing 🍄 for healing complex post-traumatic stress disorder.

In this next chapter yet to be written, I will be sharing with you on how super-microdosing, with specks about the size of a blunted pencil point, neurofeedback therapy, meditation and breathwork, and major lifestyle changes added up to big rewards in healing financial insecurity at its core, creativity, attracting a dream come true person to date, and more. It does not happen all at once. You do not have to tackle surfing a monster pipeline right from the get-go — you can stick your feet in the sand and have your toes tickled by softly lapping waves. And this can be the best, most pleasant and effortlessly easy way to do it.
