In this email, there are two parts, two EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) scripts to opening up to receive limitless prosperity: out with the old and in with the new. Limitless prosperity means that the ways you can receive prosperity are endless. Infinite money is money that can circulate freely for as long as money and human beings that give and receive money exist.
Here we go! Starting with instructions for those of you who are new to this.
Actually, before we start, I’d like to preface with… I have manifested money before. The first big amount I ever manifested was $100,000 but I was young and clueless about money. I mismanaged the cash though it did fund my college education, I did some stupid stuff that I now forgive myself for. I have been through a manifest / crash cycle with money in the past and the crashes sucked to recover from.
From these dips, I have realized that you need to clear out the old so you don’t get pulled back like a rubber band. Like, if you have an energetic ball and chain of generational money traumas, Protestant work ethic, immigrant work ethic, cultural taboos and BS beliefs, these are coming along for the ride and you don’t want ‘em.
What is EFT Tapping?
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a simple and effective way to manage your emotions and reduce stress. It combines gentle tapping on specific points of your body with focused thoughts and statements.
How Does it Work?
EFT works by addressing the energy flow in your body. It’s based on how emotional and physical pain are connected to disruptions in this energy flow. By tapping on specific points, you help restore the balance and reduce negative emotions.
How Does it Calm the Nervous System?
When you’re feeling stressed or upset, your body’s “fight or flight” response can kick in. EFT helps calm this response by sending calming signals to your brain through the tapping process. This helps your nervous system relax and reduces feelings of agitation.
How to Do It:
Choose Your Statement: Start by identifying the emotion or issue you want to address. It could be stress, anxiety, a specific fear, or any negative feeling.
Set-Up Statement: Begin with a “set-up statement.” This is a phrase that acknowledges the issue while affirming self-acceptance. For example, “Even though I feel anxious, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
Tapping Points: There are specific points on your body to tap. These include the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, and top of the head.
Tapping Process: As you tap each point, say your chosen statement. For instance, while tapping your eyebrow, you might say, “This anxiety I’m feeling.”
Repeat: Go through the tapping points, repeating your statement. This helps reinforce the positive effect.
Check-In: After a few rounds of tapping, check in with yourself. Notice how you feel. If there's still intensity, you can adjust your statement or keep tapping.
End with Positive Affirmation: Finish with a positive statement, like “I choose to feel calm and at peace.”
You can tailor the statements to fit your specific feelings or concerns. Be gentle with yourself and allow the process to help you release negative emotions and find relief. This won’t be a one and done sort of deal. Rinse and repeat as many times as necessary. You can play alpha or theta tracks.
Main tapping points and their purposes:
Karate Chop Point (KC): This is on the outer edge of the hand, between the wrist and the little finger. It’s often used for the setup statement (“Even though I have this problem, I deeply and completely accept myself”). It helps to acknowledge the issue and start the process of self-acceptance.
Top of the Head (TH): This point is at the crown of the head. Tapping here helps to clear negative thought patterns and increase clarity.
Eyebrow (EB): Located at the beginning of the eyebrow, just above the nose. It helps to release negative emotions and facilitate new perspectives.
Side of the Eye (SE): On the bone at the outside corner of the eye. It aids in releasing emotional stress and tension.
Under the Eye (UE): Beneath the middle of the eye, on the bone. This point helps to release fear and anxiety.
Under the Nose (UN): Between the nose and the upper lip. It helps release tension and emotional blocks.
Chin Point (CP): Midway between the bottom of the lower lip and the chin. It assists in releasing feelings of shame and guilt.
Collarbone Point (CB): Just below the collarbone, where it meets the sternum. It helps to release emotional trauma and promote relaxation.
Under the Arm (UA): About 4 inches below the armpit. This point helps to release feelings of powerlessness and stress.
Out with the old
Setup Statement: Even though I’ve carried old money experiences like [insert your experience here], and hitting rock bottom financially, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Karate Chop Point: Even though I’ve held onto these old money experiences for so long, I choose to forgive myself and release anything that’s blocking me from receiving money freely and effortlessly.
Even though I’ve struggled with money in the past, I now choose to let go of those old beliefs and open myself up to receiving infinite abundance.
Even though I’ve felt like I mismanaged money in the past and faced tough times, I now choose to forgive myself and allow money to flow to me effortlessly.
Eyebrow: All these old experiences of money weighing me down.
Side of Eye: Feeling like I [insert your experience here].
Under Eye: Feeling like money was never enough.
Under Nose: Feeling like I always fell short financially.
Chin: Feeling the pain of losing a job.
Collarbone: Feeling like I hit rock bottom.
Under Arm: All this struggle with money.
Top of Head: But I choose to release it now.
Eyebrow: I forgive myself for any past mistakes with money, including giving my power away.
Side of Eye: I release all feelings of lack and scarcity.
Under Eye: I let go of the fear of not having or being enough.
Under Nose: I release the guilt of mismanaging money in the past.
Chin: I release the pain of losing a job, opportunity, money, or other resources.
Collarbone: I release the shame of hitting rock bottom financially.
Under Arm: I release all negative beliefs about money.
Top of Head: I am worthy of receiving infinite abundance.
Eyebrow: I am open to receiving infinite money freely and effortlessly.
Side of Eye: I trust that infinite infinite money flows to me easily now.
Under Eye: I release any resistance to receiving infinite money.
Under Nose: I deserve to be financially abundant.
Chin: I am worthy of wealth and prosperity.
Collarbone: I release all old patterns that block my financial success.
Under Arm: I am open to receiving infinite money from now on.
Top of Head: I am ready to receive abundance in all areas of my life.
Take a deep breath and release any remaining tension.
Closing Statement: I am now free from the past and open to receiving abundance in every aspect of my life.
